Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. General Information
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in the UK. We strive to ensure your purchase reaches you promptly and in excellent condition.
2. Dispatch & Cut-off Times

We offer same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
3. Delivery Options & Costs
We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order and the chosen delivery service.

Free UK Delivery: We offer free standard tracked UK delivery on all orders over £35.

Standard Tracked Delivery (2-4 Working Days): Aims to deliver your order within 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.

Next Working Day Delivery: For urgent orders, we offer a next-working-day service for orders placed before our daily cut-off time. This service is available on weekdays only.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or text notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's journey on the courier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Delivery Timeframes
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, please be aware that all delivery times are a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or peak periods.

UK Orders: Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us about a missing parcel.

International Orders: We donot sell international (only UK based)
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if it is not collected from a pick-up point, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
7. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
If your tracked order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check the tracking link for the latest updates. If there is no new information for 5 working days, please contact our support team for assistance.
